Yesterday the market saw some strength off of upbeat earnings and news that the Obama administration is pressing to extend unemployment benefits once again, but then towards the afternoon's close the market ended flat. We have Building Permits and Housing Starts for economic reports today. It looks like we will have a slight gap up or flat market open. The market will more than likely be flat or slightly to the downside as investors await pending earnings report results to be the catalyst for the markets next move.

For today, I will be bracketing the appropiate time periods, and watching for a trend day either way.
