Yesterday the market rose strong as bullish investors continued to feel ambitious over the economy and up and coming earnings results. Today we probably will see more upside. We have Consumer Confidence for economic reports. It looks like we will have a slight gap up or flat market open. The market may see continued upside today depending on the results of the Consumer Confidence report.

For today, I will be bracketing the appropiate time periods, and watching for a trend day either way.

Last week the market saw a push higher as bullish investors used upbeat earnings news to fuel optimism in their trading. This week we may see a push higher as institutional investors start to position themselves for the second half of the year. Members, speaking of the second half of the year, our "Hot Stocks To Move For Second Half Of 2010" list will be released next week. We have New Home Sales for economic reports today. It looks like we will have a slight gap down or flat market open. The market may see continued upside today, depending upon the results of the New Home Sales report.

For today, I will be bracketing the appropiate time periods, and watching for a trend day either way.

And the optimistic bulls charge strong... Yesterday the market rallied strong off of optimistic economic recovery speculation. Today we may see continued upside. We do not have any economic reports due out today. It looks like we will have a slight gap up or flat market open. The market may see continued upside today as there will be a lack of economic news to hold it down.

Another volatile day... Yesterday the market started in the green slightly, and then towards the afternoon started to sell off strong. We have Initial Claims, Continuing Claims, Existing Home Sales, and Leading Indicators for economic reports today. It looks like we will have a strong gap up at the market open. The market may see some upside today depending upon the Employment Number report results.
